Lay Renewal

Dear Church Family,

"I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." ~ Philippians 1:3-6

God has indeed begun a good work in Clear Branch Baptist Church. God showed up at our Lay Renewal Weekend in an incredible way. Should we have been surprised? We asked Him to! We saw marriages strengthened, relationships mended, quiet times begun, spiritual prisoners set free, and five souls give their lives to Christ. Our love for Jesus has been rekindled. And it's only begun. God shows up when we ask Him to. Let's continue asking Him to be the center of our lives and our worship times.
